Day 5 ~ Driving to Yellowstone
Today we are striking out from Billings, Montana and
circling around Yellowstone to come in from the West. Even though it is such a pain to cook
breakfast and break down camp, Mike did it all by himself with the kids this
morning so I could catch up the Blog.
Billings KOA had great internet, so I wanted to take advantage to get
caught up. With the late nights, labor
intensive cooking and packing up and down, longer drives than expected, bad
internet connections, I haven’t run the blog the way I wanted. I know I have lots of peeps watching at home
so from this day forward, I will try to keep things current.
It has rained, and rained, and rained, and rained every day that we have been gone. Yet the scenery has still been breath taking. The fun has out weighed the hardships.
Long, long drive……
We didn’t stop much trying to get there so these are
pictures from the car……

Our Camper morphed from Glamper to Trailer Trash Tonight. We needed to wash jeans, and Harrison and I can't have our pants in the dryer without shrinking them into high waters. So we hung them over our beds while we slept.
This KOA has a camp kitchen. So we cooked dinner outdoors tonight.
